By accessing or using TaleVista, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

TaleVista is an AI-powered platform that generates illustrated storybooks. Our service includes:

  • AI story generation based on user prompts
  • AI-generated illustrations for stories
  • Story export and sharing features
  • Live Storybook voice narration feature

3. USER ACCOUNTS

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account (or have parental consent)
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Your Content

You retain ownership of the stories you create using TaleVista. You grant us a license to store, display, and process your content as necessary to provide our services.

AI-Generated Content

Stories and illustrations generated by our AI are provided for your use. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, similar content may be generated for other users due to the nature of AI.

Public Stories

If you choose to publish a story publicly, other users may view it. You retain ownership but grant TaleVista a license to display it in our gallery.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to use TaleVista to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • Generate content depicting violence against children
  • Spam or abuse the service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
  • Share account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

6. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

  • Free accounts have usage limitations
  • Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

7. AI LIMITATIONS

Our AI generates content based on patterns learned from training data. We do not guarantee:

  • Factual accuracy of generated content
  • That content will be free from bias
  • That generated images will match exactly what you envision
  • Availability of specific AI models or features

8. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to stored content may be lost.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TaleVista is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaleVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
